Tidings is published quarterly by the Franklin County Historical Society
Historical Tidings reports the society’s activities, lists acquisitions, and donations. There’s also a section for genealogical inquiries. Queries are posted free to members in The Tidings. The charge to non-members is $5. Back issues of The Tidings are $1 plus $1 if mailed. Back issues since 2005 are available for viewing in the Library’s History Room.
